The Candy That's GOOD for You!

Sorry I haven't posted in a few days! I have been swamped with writing recommendation letters, submitting transcripts, and filling out scholarship applications for all my high school seniors (1500 in our graduating class this year!!) So, I've been working those late hours instead of having a little time for FB. However, I have still been able to counsel several people about their health needs and get them started on a healthier lifestyle. What keeps me going from early morning til late, late at night? I think it's mainly two things - #1 My hydrogenated water that I drink all day in my Hydrogize Water Bottle! It gives me SO much energy! #2 is Ningxia Red, which has Ningxia wolfberries, the most nutritionally dense food on the planet.
What do you do to keep going, but in the HEALTHY way? Because the caffeine and energy shots that you can buy at the store are NOT good for your health - in fact, some are very dangerous. Likewise, sugary snacks and too much coffee is not good either, but each of us must find the balance. This time of year it's hard to lay off the sugar, and I've been eating too much chocolate. But I tell myself at least it's DARK chocolate!! It's GOOD for me, right? LOL
So, don't eat too much candy tonight - it really will give you a bellyache. I know from experience after eating a whole bag of candycorn one year!! Oh the stomach cramps!!! I was young then and just did not know any better!!! I don't think I've eaten candy corn since though!!! Just DARK CHOCOLATE! 😉🤣
