Four Easy Steps to a Healthier Life

Now we are working on our diet- not "a diet", mind you, but what we eat! Our goal is to begin changing out the bad for the good, one step at a time.
1. First, stop drinking ALL diet drinks! There are plenty of all natural drinks in the market- they are more expensive so you will drink less of them. Water (pure water) is always best.
2. Cut WAY down on the sugar- switch to a good Stevia ( Not Truvia !) Stevia actually kills Candida.
3. Use only a good quality salt, like Pink Himalayan Sea salt.
4. Use only quality oils to cook with-NOT canola or corn oil! Use a good quality olive on salads, etc. but not to cook with. Instead use grape seed or avocado oil.
If you make these simple changes, you are on your way to a healthier life.
